Welcome to Mobifurb (“Mobifurb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at mobifurb.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Mobifurb
Mobifurb sells certified refurbished smartphones and related accessories. Each device is professionally refurbished, tested across our 101-point inspection process, and graded before listing, with battery health and condition details shown on the product page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and Descriptions
Every device is described as accurately as possible, including cosmetic grade, battery health (85%+ guaranteed), and included accessories. Only Grade A Plus devices are sold. Product images are for illustration; actual condition may vary slightly by unit. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., due to stock unavailability or a pricing error). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices are listed in AED and include/exclude VAT as noted at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier or customs issues. Free shipping applies on orders over AED 200. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
6. Warranty, Returns, and Refunds
Every device includes a 12-month warranty covering functional defects not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair. Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, or damage from drops/misuse after delivery. You may return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you’re not satisfied, or if it doesn’t match its listed condition — contact us before returning any item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Mobifurb and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mobifurb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
