At Mobifurb, every device is certified refurbished and passes our 101-point inspection before listing. We want you to be fully confident in your purchase.

30-Day Return Window You may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The device is returned in the same condition it was received
• All original accessories (charging cable, certification card) are included
• The device has not been physically damaged, opened, or tampered with after delivery

How to Request a Return Contact us at info@mobifurb.com or via WhatsApp at +971 54 211 5792 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned device, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, device not as described).

Warranty (Separate from Returns) All devices include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and functional defects not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair. If your device develops a fault covered by warranty, contact us for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Devices damaged after delivery due to misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repair
• Devices with the certification card or security seal removed/tampered
• Requests made after the 30-day window (warranty claims still apply)

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
