We ship across all seven Emirates. Free standard shipping is available on orders over AED 200. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

30-Day Returns
We want you to love your device. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Device must be returned in the same condition as received
- iCloud account must be removed before return
- All included accessories must be returned
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Return shipping within the UAE is free

12-Month Warranty
Every Mobifurb device comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware defects and functionality failures.
- Covers hardware faults and functionality defects
- Does not cover physical damage caused after purchase (drops, liquid damage)
- Warranty service: repair or replacement at our discretion
- Contact our support team to make a warranty claim
