1. About Mobifurb
Mobifurb is a UAE-based certified refurbished smartphone retailer. All products listed on this website are professionally inspected, restored, and certified prior to sale.
2. Product Condition
All devices are sold as "certified refurbished." Grade A Plus devices are in cosmetically excellent condition with minimal or no visible signs of use. Device condition, battery health, and any cosmetic notes are disclosed on each product page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the described condition.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Mobifurb reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock discrepancy), in which case a full refund will be issued. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or Tabby.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Warranty
Every Mobifurb device comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware defects and functionality failures. The warranty does not cover physical damage caused after purchase (drops, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mobifurb or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Mobifurb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
